Blastor
Scientific Name: B-cell
Classification: Heroic Warrior B-cell
Allegiance: Protector of the Body
Blastor is the Supreme Field Commander of the vast B-cell army, the first line of defense against foreign invasion. An imposing, legendary figure, he embodies all the qualities of a great general: courage, strength, wisdom, and unquestioned commitment to the protection of the Cosmos.
Blastor is a powerful warrior and an expert strategist at battling infections. Along with his comrade in arms, Humron, he leads the warrior B-cells in their assaults on invading microbes and parasites. He is infinitely kind to those who are of the body and infinitely ruthless to those who are not.
If Blastor has a weakness, it’s his compassion for his soldiers. He cares about his men to the point that it sometimes interferes with his strategic thinking. But the B-cells trust him, and will follow their fearless leader without question.
Blastor has led his troops into many fierce battles, and he’s always won. He knows how their enemies wage war and how to stop them. But this new adversary is different. It’s going to take every bit of his experience and skill to defeat the Z-Kron microbe.
Blastor finds himself in the middle of a love triangle with Sutura, a Fibroblast “healer” cell, and a Messenger Cell named Sensurian. Duty calls, however, so any serious romance will have to wait until the battle is won.
Warrior mode: In preparation for battle, Blastor transforms:
- Armor wraps about his body, shielding him.
- An eye-scope unfolds over his right eye.
- Antibody cannons extend from his forearms, firing antibody darts to combat microbes.
Special features: As a B-cell, Blastor has the awesome ability to duplicate himself:
- The plates on his back open up and a B-cell clone pulls itself out.
- The clone is as formidable a warrior as its master mold. The clone also has the ability to duplicate, although no more than seven B-cell clones may exist at one time. The closes are only temporary and disintegrate once their tasks are accomplished.
