B-cell warriors shoot antibodies from cannons which they brandish on their forearms. The antibodies immobilize the virus’ spikes, and also flag the virus for opsonization by macrophages.
A heroic warrior B-cell, Blastor is the Supreme Field Commander of the vast B-cell army, the first line of defense against foreign invasion. An imposing, legendary figure, he embodies all the qualities of a great general: courage, strength, wisdom, and unquestioned commitment to the protection of The Cosmos.
Cid and Syrinx are elite operatives known as natural killer cells. Stealthy and secretive, they usually work as a team to seek out and destroy deadly viruses that hide within tissues – or other BioWarriors.
Fibroblasts are healer cells. They glide through the Cosmos, weaving fibrous webs that regenerate wounded BioWarriors and mend torn and damaged tissue.
Humron is second-in-command of Blastor’s B-cell army. He may share his superior’s fighting prowess and dedication to The Cosmos, but his personality couldn’t be more different. Where Blastor is a more serious, brooding leader, Humron is a joker, a mischief-maker.
B-cell warriors shoot immunoglobulin from cannons which they brandish on their forearms. The immunoglobulin immobilize the virus’ spikes, and also flags the virus for opsonization by macrophages.
Led by Phagien and Scathe, macrophages are the heavy lifters of the immune system.
Phagien is the gruff, no-nonsense Commander of the Macrophage Corps. They get the toughest jobs, and are often called in to bail out the B-Cells when the battle isn’t going well.
Pyroxin is a chemical macrophages use to produce intense heat.
Scathe is a heroic warrior macrophage, and the second in command to Phagien. Scathe is almost too eager to engage the enemy, and he’s a vicious killing machine in combat.
