Phagien

Phagien is the gruff, no-nonsense Commander of the Macrophage Corps. If Blastor’s B-cells are the Army Infantry, then Phagien’s troops are the Marines. They get the toughest jobs, and are often called in to bail out the B-Cells when the battle isn’t going well.
A born soldier, Phagien is a calm tactician and a hot-blooded warrior. He trains his men hard, and does little to discourage the esprit-de-corps competition between the Macrophages and B-Cells. In battle, Phagien is frightening to behold.
Phagien’s weakness is his unshakable belief that there is only one way to do things: the Macrophage way. This often leads him to butt heads with Blastor, as their leadership styles are quite different.
